Crawford began her career in professional wrestling in 2006 when she signed a developmental contract with WWE. She quickly made her mark in WWE's developmental territories, Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW) and Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW), showcasing her athleticism and charismatic presence.

As Alicia Fox, Crawford made her WWE main roster debut in 2008, and over the years, she became known for her vibrant personality, unique fashion sense, and in-ring versatility. Fox achieved significant milestones in her WWE career, including winning the WWE Divas Championship in 2010. This victory made her the first and only African-American woman to hold the title, solidifying her legacy in the company. In addition to her wrestling prowess, Fox was featured in several WWE reality shows, such as "Total Divas," on E! further expanding her influence and fan base.
Currently, Crawford is wrestling in the pro wrestling independent scene as VIX CROW, and recently had her first match on the independent circuit in Australia in 2024 for Mickie James' 2nd all women PPV, "Her."
Beyond pro wrestling, Crawford has pursued opportunities in modeling and acting, appearing in numerous fashion magazines and television shows. She has also leveraged her platform to engage in various charitable endeavors. Crawford has been actively involved with organizations such as Susan G. Komen, participating in initiatives to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer research. She has also supported the Make-A-Wish Foundation, helping to fulfill the dreams of children facing critical illnesses. Her diverse talents and philanthropic efforts have solidified her reputation as a respected and influential figure in the entertainment industry. Bambi is responsible for leading Master of Ring Entertainment efforts in event production, business operations and marketing.
Masters of Ring Entertainment is MOREWrestling.com produced the first ever tribute to women in wrestling featuring Trish Stratus, Amy Dumas, Terri Runnels, Lisa Marie Varon, Lisa Moretti and many more. MORE Wrestling is known for their unique special events including their Lasting Legacy event series and first time ever matches from superstars such as Killer Kross and Scarlett Bordeaux, Ken Anderson, Eli Drake and more.
Bambi began her pro wrestling career through journalism, writing for the popular SCOOPS Wrestling through the leadership of Al Issacs.

Outside of her pro wrestling accomplishments, Bambi is an established marketing and sales leader. She is a seasoned professional in partnerships and reputation management since 2021, currently serving as the Director of Partnerships and Cost & Profit Consultant at Xceleran. Bambi has been instrumental in providing comprehensive software and services to small and medium-sized businesses, aiming to enhance customer experiences, streamline operations, and boost profitability. In September 2020, Bambi was awarded the President's Club by Seamless.ai for sales exceeding $100,000.
